Mr. Proselkov has graduated Gubkin University of Oil and Gas Industry in Russia and University of Barcelona Business School in Spain. His career he started at Arctic Offshore Oil & Gas Exploration Company in Murmansk as drilling and mud engineer and then moved on to MI-Drilling as mud engineer, Schlumberger as MWD engineer, Total as Senior Drilling Supervisor and then Senior Engineer in Scientific and Technical Center (CSTJF) of France, Well Engineering Partners (WEP) in Netherlands as Deputy Director Well Technology and Gazprom Sakhalin Holdings in Amsterdam, Netherlands as Deputy Technical Director.
He possesses an extensive experience in the oil, gas & geothermal industry, including well design and execution, well operations, A to Z project management (incl. planning, budgeting, cost management, and compliance), and stakeholder management.
Mr. Proselkov has a vast experience in training on drilling matter and other soft skills such as HSE knowledge, including H2S presence and Simultaneous operations.
